PVC Gas Pipes 3000L Two Molecular Sive Dew Poing Control and Low Moisture Content Dryer
This series are mainly use to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics. Its molecular seives are used to offer effective drying, which under ideal conditions, can supply dehumidified dry air with a dew-point lower than -40oC.
The air returned from the drying hopper( recycled air) is continuously dehumidified on the way and heated to the temperature adequate to the dried materials. This air passes through the material layers removing the moisture in the materials. Then the water-absorbing air returns to the dehumidifier unit.
This dryer is controlled by dew point.
traditional time control mode can only switch the pneumatic valve with a specific time which is set according to rough experiences. Thus, unavoidably there must be waste of energy.
